After a few months of following the chain of command on filing complaints against my postal carrier. And the post masters failed retaliations attempt to cause my unemployment, by filling false claims with my employer. We are back to with holding my mail.............their are absolutely no enforceable laws that prevents the USPS from refusing to follow their own policies and procedures or Harassment.
Today I went to this post office to ship a package, and the line was out the door with folks shipping things for the holidays. The staff was SUPER efficient, went above and beyond to help me out, and every person in line was assisted with a cheerful smile. Thanks USPS!
This has been a three yr battle for my family who has had to have police escorts to pick up parcels the carrier refuses to deliver. Harassed at my place of employment, myself and my children have been yelled at on numerous occasions by this maniac. And the law doesn't protect us. I can file as many complaints as I choose but the laws are only set up to protect their employees.

The in house staff are always very kind & sometimes pretty funny. But being a customer on the delivery route is cause for deducted a star for the following reasons; I've only been in this area for a few years & the postman in charge of this route has changed many times. Some have been great!!! But others terrible. My complaint lies with them. I'm hopeing for a good one soon & that they stay.
I was at this post office today 8/17 Like fifteen minutes before 6pm when they close. I had alot of books to package, as I almost done a guy shouted at me that they are closed.I politely told him I was there before 6pm. A lady by the name Janice asked me to just finish and she will serve me. I hurriedly finished packaging them as she rang them up. When I went to pay I discovered I did not have my wallet! And that's when he'll broke loose. They started cursing and shouting at me that I was lying! Another young lady started to unpack my books and throwing them at the counter. I apologized but none of them were listening. This was the worst I have ever been treated. Yes I forgot my wallet but that did not warrant such a treatment.
Went there today in the middle of holiday madness. There was a line out the door, one employee triaging people into the correct lines and helping them use the self-serve, and a bunch of staff all somehow still cheerful and friendly. I've rarely seen such a long line handled so quickly and so well. The employees here have always been friendly, but today was genuinely impressive. If you're reading this, thanks, guys!
